Andrew, and his team, have completed over $5 Billion in net lease and sale leaseback transactions across the country.

With over 40 years of commercial real estate experience, James has been responsible for over 700 sales and lease transactions totaling more than $1 billion in consideration among multiple property types. James worked previously in both sales production and leadership roles with major brokerage firms, institutional asset management companies, and private equity.

CJ is a member of Transwestern’s National Net Lease | Sale Leaseback Group. In his role as Vice President, CJ specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net leased investments nationwide working with a range of clients from the leading public REIT’s to high-net-worth individuals. Mr. Brill started his career at NAI where we was recognized as an ICSC Top Young, Rising Broker in 2019 and has since completed hundreds of millions of dollars in transaction volume across the country. CJ received his degree in Business Management from Oregon State University and was a four-year member of the university soccer team. CJ is also a proud Eagle Scout, where he learned dedication, perseverance and other qualities which he brings to his day-to-day work ethic.

During his eight-year tenure at SVN, he grew a well-regarded practice that focused on land development and sales, for industrial, multifamily and office use. He and his team successfully closed more than 12,000,000 square feet in building sales, ground-up development, and project consulting across the Greater Phoenix market, for clients including Wentworth Property Company, Wharton Equity Partners, Contour Real Estate, Shopoff Realty Investments, Trinsic Residential Group and Fore Properties. Before starting his commercial real estate career, Paul worked for Apollo Education Group.

Dylan serves as a Vice President for Transwestern Phoenix, focusing on Capital Markets and Net Lease opportunities on behalf of private, institutional, entrepreneurial and developer clients. Prior to joining Transwestern, Dylan was a Senior Advisor at Sperry Van Ness Desert Commercial Advisors. He joined the firm as an intern and worked to become a member on a team that was responsible for more than 12,000,000 square feet in building sales, ground-up development, and project consulting across the Greater Phoenix market. His clients include Wentworth Property Company, Wharton Equity Partners, Contour Real Estate, Shopoff Realty Investments, Trinsic Residential Group and Fore Properties. Royden, a Senior Associate in Transwestern’s Phoenix office, focuses on Capital Markets. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate for investors, owners, occupiers and tenants.
Royden joined Transwestern from Sperry Van Ness | Desert Commercial Advisors (SVN), where he focused primarily on Phoenix’s dynamic multifamily market. He provided broker opinions of value (BPOs) and crafted offering memorandums for a variety of clients. During his time at SVN, he procured more than $19 million worth of listings. Previously, he gained experience at Bi:Radix, an online platform property managers use to operate, maintain and analyze their multifamily properties.
